Educating the equine industry to bring us closer together as a community! I have always been passionate about promoting the equine industry and helping to inspire the next generation of horsemen and women. One of my main goals with this podcast is to provide new learning opportunities to grow their and my own knowledge of other disciplines, breeds, and several different topics that they are not apart of or no nothing about! I want to open people's minds to continue to learn more about horses and the industry to help continue their education as we are always learning and growing! I also want to help bridge the gap between the different worlds we seem to have created within the industry.

I am so excited about today's episode, as I get to share with you my very candid conversation with a cowgirl who I have known and looked up to my whole life! She is a legend in the western and equine industries! Patti Colbert has been awarded the Fern Sawyer Award by the National Cowgirl Hall of Fame, has been inducted into the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame, is a businesswoman and an accomplished competitor. We talk about so many things in this episode from the importance of staying relevant in this industry and in business, to how she is helping cowgirlpreneurs with their own businesses and extended education needs, how her love for the lifestyle has passed down among generations in her family and much more.
Cowgirls and Equestrians are capable of so many things and as Patti said we have to step up into those roles that will allow us to take action, move our feet, and make changes in the industry that will make it better! I can't wait to see what your thoughts are on this episode!
